How do I know my account balance?
You can keep track of your account balance several ways:
1) Your new balance is printed on every receipt;
2) You can ask the cashier for a "balance inquiry" at any register, no purchase necessary;
3) View your monthly account statements on WINGS.
- If your Wright 1 Card is lost or stolen, please report the loss to the Raider Center immediately at 775-5542. Visit the Wright1 Card Web site for more information.
- Dining Services cannot re-issue a Wright 1 Card. You must go to the Raider Center, E146 Student Union.
- The university and Dining Services is not responsible for debits incurred on lost and stolen cards.

- View your monthly account statements on WINGS.
When you purchase one of the Value Plan$, Bonus Dining Dollar$ are the funds added to your Wright 1 Card. They can only be used for meal and snack purchases in any campus dining facility.
Best of all, YOU NEVER LOSE THESE DOLLAR$! The Dollar$ carry over from quarter to quarter, year to year. It's completely risk-free, so call or stop by today!
How do I purchase one of the Value Plan$?
- Visit: The Office of the Bursar (E236 Student Union) with cash, check, or money order.
- Online: Follow the link in the upper right-hand corner of this page.
Value Plan funds (Bonus Dining Dollar$) can only be purchased through the Office of the Bursar.
Value Plan funds stay in your account until you graduate, transfer or separate from the university. You are responsible for requesting a refund when you leave the university. Refunds will be given for your remaining balance of the original amount of the Value Plan you purchased minus any premium awarded.
