Making the Switch:
The academics at Wright State appealed to me, especially the reputation of the nursing school. As a transfer student, I could get right on board here with my studies. At other schools, I would have fallen behind. Summer courses allowed me to stay right on course for getting my degree in four years. That's what I wanted.
Fitting In:
There is such an overall community feel here at Wright State. With so much diversity among the students, there is no mold to fit into. Everyone is helpful and the atmosphere stays casual. I feel like I can be whoever I am here, like I'm right at home.
Advice:
When you're not studying, get outside. It's a great place to make friends.
