Making the Switch:
My decision to attend Wright State University was an easy one. I have my associates degree in science from Clark State Community College. The transfer process to Wright State was the most feasible. At WSU the faculty within the College of Business are very friendly and helpful. At WSU we have a middle-sized college with a small feel. The college of business is a great representation of this for our students are not only a number. The faculty is here for the betterment of the students.
Outside the Classroom:
Wright State is a very diverse school. While here, I have met people from Serbia, India, China, France, and Italy. It has been great to talk to and understand their respective experiences. Our study abroad programs are also great and let students experience new environments.
Preparing For the Future:
My career goals include getting my higher education degrees of MBA and Law. I would like to work in law and marketing within the retailing sector. WSU is helping me achieve my goals by offering a great marketing degree in their college of business. Plus I have been an intern at Qbase Inc. since August of 2008. The experiences that I have had while at Qbase have been vast and very useful experiences before graduation.
Getting Involved:
Being a part of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, I find that fraternity and sorority activities are my favorite experiences. Whether it’s just Zeta activities or those with the entire Greek Community—I truly enjoy the Greek experience. There are also service opportunities through Zeta Tau Alpha. Our philanthropy of breast cancer awareness and education has led me to volunteer and raise awareness and money for the cure.
