Manpower, Inc., executive advises how to compete in today’s global economy -- On Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008, Arkless, senior vice president for Global Corporate Affairs at Manpower, Inc., will present “Emerging Labor Markets: Their Impact on You, the Miami Valley, and the Rest of the World” from 8–9 a.m. in the Berry Room of the Ervin J. Ohio Certified Public Manager Program now recruiting for spring -- Public managers at the city, county, state and federal level who want to develop their professional skills and advance their careers will soon have the opportunity to do so. A new Ohio Certified Public Manager Program (OCPM) cohort will begin in March 2008 in the Dayton area.
