Women terrorists studied by political science professor at Wright State -- The recent Middle East female suicide bombing isn’t the first time women have been connected to terrorist attacks, according to Donna Schlagheck, Ph.D., professor and chair of the Wright State University Department of Political Science.(02/23/2004)

“Harvey,” the heart patient, joins Wright State’s College of Nursing and Health -- “Harvey,” a 725-pound mannequin that simulates 27 cardiac diseases, has joined Wright State University’s–Miami Valley College of Nursing and Health, making Wright State the first university in Ohio and only the second nursing college in the United States to add the elaborate teaching device to its “staff.” (02/20/2004)

WSU aquatic ecologist studies lakes, streams to investigate effects of pollution -- Yvonne Vadeboncoeur, Ph.D., spends a lot of time at lakes and streams. But she is not fishing, boating or pursuing other similar recreational activities.
