Martinsen named WSU's chief of police -- Michael Martinsen will become Wright State University's chief of police this week, taking over for Simone Polk, who will continue in her duties as assistant vice president for student services. State releases funding for Oelman Hall renovation -- Funding for the renovation of one of Wright State University's original buildings was released by the State of Ohio September 8. The $5.2 million released from the controlling board is part of $8.5 million in capital funding for science lab renovations approved in June by Gov.
