CUPA interviewers are students at Wright State University who are selected for their professionalism, outstanding
communications skills and attention to detail. Interviewers are trained by our professional research staff in
professional surveying techniques. Periodic survey technique retraining is conducted as well as item by item training
for each and every CUPA study we conduct. Each interview collected is electronically “signed” by the interviewer,
enabling staff to track the quality and productivity of each interviewer’s work. CUPA can at any time employ up to
40 student interviewers at a given time, based on survey volume.
