The Woods provides housing for more than 1,250 residents. The majority of the rooms are double or quad occupancy, with double rooms sharing a bathroom. However single and triple occupancy rooms are available. All rooms are fully furnished and have air conditioning, a microwave, sink and refrigerator. Also, each room is equipped with an Ethernet hook-up for students to connect to Wright State University's Local Access Network from their room. Plus, each building has laundry facilities, vending machines, and secured hall doors as well as floor lounges with a television. All of the floors are co-ed.

All of on-campus housing options are smoke-free.

For an additional charge, housing is available during winter and spring breaks.
