Ms. Kate Vitasek is a thought leader in the area of Supply Chain
Management and is a well-recognized authority on performance
management and metrics implementation. Kate’s approaches to
performance management have been widely published; she has
authored over 75 articles and is a current columnist for Supply
Chain Digest.
Kate has been recognized as a “Rainmaker” by DC
Velocity Magazine and as a “Woman on the Move in Trade and
Transportation” for her efforts in helping to build the logistics and
supply chain profession. She has served on the Board of Directors
of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and on
the Deliver Committee of the Supply Chain Council.
Kate is the
founder and Managing Partner of Supply Chain Visions, a consulting
practice that specializes in supply chain strategy and education.
Kate has served as an Advisor and Coach for the air Force D7SWS
Sourcing Team and has developed courseware for the DAU and the
AF on performance-based logistics and strategic sourcing. |
