Graduation Application Deadlines

August & November grads are invited to attend the November Commencement.

November (Fall quarter)

May 26 to Aug. 21
March (Winter quarter)
Aug. 22 to Dec. 7
March and June graduates are invited to attend the June Commencement.

June (Spring quarter)

Dec. 8 to March 1
Note: If the final deadline date of any application period falls on a weekend, the following Monday will be the actual deadline date.
Graduate students: Refer to the School of Graduate Studies website for the application form and deadline dates specifically for graduate students

Undergraduate/Professional Degree Application Information

Note: Responsibility for registering in appropriate classes, scheduling, and fulfilling all university and program requirements for graduation rests with the student.

Applications are available at the Office of the Registrar.
2.
All courses must be completed prior to your graduation. Please give this special consideration and choose your correct graduation date accordingly.
3.
Check with your college and department to confirm that all of your graduation requirements will be met by the end of the quarter of your anticipated graduation date.
College of Liberal Arts and College of Science and Mathematics undergraduate students must complete a degree check with their advisors before applying for graduation. An advisor authorization form will be provided and must be submitted along with your completed degree application.

The application fee is $35. The fee can be paid by cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard/Visa/Discover) at the Bursar’s cashier windows. You must present your application at the Bursar's window when paying your fee.
This is a non-refundable, one-time only processing fee. If you must reapply, you will not be required to pay a new fee.
SUBMIT ALL COPIES OF THE APPLICATION FORM TO THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

4 to 5 weeks after graduation at the Office of the Registrar
(Call 937-775-5588 to verify your diploma is ready for pick up.)
Receive your diploma in the mail
6 weeks after graduation
TO RECEIVE YOUR DIPLOMA AND TRANSCRIPT, YOU MUST MEET ALL FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS WITH THE UNIVERSITY .
