HOW TO APPLY

If you are a first time applicant for VA education benefits, you will need to do the following:

• Mail a copy of your Member 4 DD214 to the VA VA Regional Office P.O. Box 4616 Buffalo, NY 14240-4616
• Complete the online application for Chapter 33 Benefits Chapter 33 Online Application
• Obtain your Certificate of Eligibility from the VA (bring this form to the WSU VA Office along with the completed forms listed below).
