If you are a first-time applicant for VA education benefits, you will need to bring the following documents to the WSU VA Office:

• Notice of Basic Eligibility (NOBE or DD Form 2384)
• Kicker contract if applicable
• DD214 and military orders if you have been deployed for 90 days or more

If you have previously used VA benefits at another college/university/training program, you will also need to complete and submit the following form:

To Apply for Chapter 1607 (REAP) if you are currently receiving Chapter 1606

Complete form 22-1995 (PDF) with the notation that you are requesting benefits under Chapter 1607 REAP and submit copies of your DD 214 and military orders to the VA Regional Processing Office at:

Also note, you may qualify for the Post 9/11 GI Bill based on length of active duty service, please visit www.gibill.va.gov for more information. If you are currently receiving education benefits at Wright State University, you only need to complete a Veterans Enrollment Report each quarter.
