Welcome to the Management Department and International Business

Management is the art of getting things done through other people.  Our faculty members are dedicated to helping students develop skills to be a high-performing manager.

Our curriculum gives students a sound foundation in teamwork, ethical decision making, motivating others and creating a work environment that helps organizations achieve their strategic business goals while developing motivated employees.

The Raj Soin College of Business offers a Bachelors of Science in Business with majors in Management and Human Resource Management and a minor in Management. The College also offer a Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Innovation and Change.

Through our ongoing collaboration with business and government, we also provide professional development seminars, faculty-guided student projects and applied research projects to address real-world business opportunities.
