2008-2009 EXECUTIVE BOARD

Ryan Phipps
President

Welcome Wright State Residents!

My name is Ryan Phipps and it is a pleasure to be serving as the Residential Community Association (RCA) President. This year looks to be an exciting year for RCA as we work to continue positive change in the residential communities.

A little bit about me... I am a Junior majoring in Political Science. I am originally from Marysville, Ohio which is about 2 hour north of Wright State. I have been involved with residential life since becoming a student in Fall of 2007, and I have enjoyed every moment of it. During my freshmen year I served as the Honors Community Council Vice President, and last year I served as RCA President.

The RCA Executive Board has a lot of potential and we will be working together to create the best "HOME" atmosphere for you! I hope you all have a great year and I look forward to seeing you at RCA's events, programs, or just around campus. If you need anything please email me at phipps.21@wright.edu or call me at (937) 594-1709.

Thanks and Welcome Home!!

Ryan Phipps

Baylee Bulter
Director of Social Programming

Hi All!

My name is Baylee Butler, I will be your 2009-2010 Director of Social Programming for the Residential Community Association.  This is my second year at Wright State and I absolutely love the University as well as Residential Life (presently I reside in University Park). Currently I am a Political Science major, I am also pursuing a minor in Philosophy. After I graduate in 2012 I plan to attend Law School in order to obtain my lifelong goal of becoming a Prosecuting Attorney.
Coming from the small town of Chillicothe, Ohio and from an even smaller school district in which I graduated with less than 70 people, I can honestly say I am enjoying the diverse atmosphere WSU has to offer. In addition to the Residential Community Association I am also Vice President of the Student Honor’s Association and a member of Dean’s Student Advisory Board for the College of Liberal Arts. I look forward to becoming more involved in our University!
As your Director of Social Programming I look forward to putting on many exciting events and seeing you all there having a great time! If any of you have any suggestions on how to make RCA events more successful or if you have ideas for new events please let me know!

You can find me at the RCA Office during my Office Hours or you can always email me at butler.60@wright.edu

See you at the next event!
