Section XV - Implementation and Revisions

This Code shall take effect as of the first day of winter quarter 2009.  The Conduct Advisory Board shall review the Code of Student Conduct at least every three years under the direction of the director or designee. Wright State University reserves the right to make changes to the Code of Student Conduct as deemed appropriate by the Vice President for Student Affairs or his/her designee (see footnote 1).
