• This agreement is not prorated, and is only valid for the Summer Break period
• Summer Break Housing is from Friday, August 22, 2008 to September 3, 2008
• During Summer Break a fee of $150.00 will be added to your Bursar's Account
• Summer residence in (College Park, Forest Lane, University Park, Woods) who are moving to a different residence hall room (or University Park, Forest Lane, College Park) apartment for the fall quarter and want to stay on campus over the summer break (Aug 22 - Sept 3) must sign a break contract* by August 1, 2008 and move to a temporary break assignment in Hamilton Hall on Friday, August 22 11 am-5 pm. Only the equivalent of 3 suitcases of belongings will be allowed to be moved into Hamilton Hall room. Storage of furniture and large items must be made off campus. Residents cannot store or leave items in the apartment. Items left in the apartment may be disposed of or may be moved and stored at the resident's cost. Residents will be assigned 2 people per Hamilton Hall room. Residents will move back from the Hamilton Hall break assignment to the Fall 08-09 assignment on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 10 am-5 pm.
• All residents checking into temporary break housing in Hamilton Hall will need to move from Hamilton to the permanent Fall Quarter Assignment on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 10 am-5 pm. Residents who fail to meet the 5 pm checkout deadline may be billed a $150.00 improper check-out fine, additional prorated rent, storage, moving, cleaning and damage charges.
• Residents who chose to store their items off campus might consider pairing up with a resident and renting a storage locker for the break. Here are a few storage companies that are close to the university:

• Evacuation assistance for disabled residents will be limited during the break
• Break Housing may be revoked by a Community Coordinator/Director for any violation of policy
• All policies in the Residence Services Sourcebook, the Code of Student Conduct and Campus Housing Terms and Conditions will be in effect and will be enforced during the break
• Acceptance of agreement subject to Bursar's account paid to date and free of holds
