Wright State offers a variety of scholarship for new, continuing, transfer and adult student. The University College coordinates a few of these scholarship programs for the University. Below is some information about various scholarships opportunities at Wright State.

Adult Incentive
The Adult Incentive Scholarship is intended for adults 23 or older who have not attended college in the past three years and have never earned a baccalaureate in any field. Students must begin fall quarter. Letters and applications are sent from the University College to eligible applicants each summer.

C.J. McLin Jr., Student Leadership Development Scholarship
The McLin Scholarship provides academic assistance to members of an underrepresented ethnic group (African American, Asian or Pacific Islander, Hispanic or American Indian/Alaskan Native). Students awarded this scholarship are required to perform community service and participate in activities that develop and enrich leadership abilities.

First Year Scholarships
First-year students will start at Wright State the fall quarter following their high school graduation may qualify for a variety of first-year scholarships.

Transfer Scholarships
Scholarships are available for transfer students who have earned a 3.5 or higher GPA at their previous institution.

University College Continuing Student Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis to continuing students who are academically talented. The University College coordinates a scholarship for continuing UC students.

Other Scholarships
