Getting Started:

What is my University ID (UID)?
Your 9-digit University ID Number (UID) is assigned to you when you apply as a student or are affiliated with Wright State University. Your UID never changes and is never re-used. It is a replacement for your Social Security number. It is your permanent, unique ID number identifying you as a member of the University community. You will also need to use your 6-digit PIN. By default, your PIN is set to your birthday. For example: If your birthday is July 12, 1978, your PIN would be 071278. Forget Your UID? The login page to WINGS Express contains a Find UID? button. Enter your CAMPUS username and password to find out your UID.

How do I access WINGS Express?
As its name indicates, access to WINGS Express is located within the WINGS portal and can be easily accessed through several different points of entry. A WINGS Express icon is located in the upper-right corner of the screen next to the Email, Calendar, and Groups icons. In addition, WINGS Express can be accessed via the Administrative Services channel on the WSU Services tab and the Academic and Student Services channel on the Academics tab.

When you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change your PIN and presented with a Security Question and Answer page. When creating this question, keep in mind that for security purposes, it should be one that only you can answer. Click Submit and you will then return to the main menu.
