Jill Wilson
Jill Wilson is the President and CEO of Otterbein SeniorLife, a vibrant, faith-based, not-for-profit organization founded in 1912. Otterbein provides a variety of lifestyle environments – independent living, wellness services, assisted living, long-stay and post-acute skilled nursing, memory support, home health, hospice, adult day care and a staffing agency - each of which respect independence and enrich individual life journeys. Otterbein has grown significantly through affiliations, acquisitions, campus expansion and de novo start-ups, now serving 23 locations throughout Ohio and Indiana.
Mrs. Wilson is actively engaged with the community serving on a number of professional and trade organizations. She currently serves as Chair of the Premier Health System Board, a $2.5 billion healthcare system headquartered in Dayton. She is Chair of the Board of Caring Communities Insurance Company, and serves on the Board of the Center for Innovation which is the parent company for the Green House Project (GHP) and the Pioneer Network. GHP is a national organization that seeks to destigmatize aging by humanizing care for all people through the creation of radically non-institutional eldercare environments that empower the lives of people who live and work in them.
Mrs. Wilson graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's of business administration (accounting) degree from Georgia Southern University, and a master's degree in organizational development from Bowling Green State University. She resides in Maineville, Ohio, with her husband, Ohio State Senator Steve Wilson.
