You can prepare for a leadership position in almost any organization through courses in communication and administrative skills and leadership theory and practice that lead to an organizational leadership degree. You will complete a leadership skills project while learning problem-solving techniques, how to build an effective team, and how to employ critical thinking skills. Your program will focus on the people of organizations and how to effectively manage others. Earn a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership or add a minor to your existing major at both the Dayton and Lake Campus.
