Traci Stevison - Kettering Health Network, Kettering Physician Network

Traci Stevison graduated from Miami University magnum cum laude in 1995 and began her career as a nurse at Heritage Health Alliance as an infectious disease and chemical dependency nurse. She had worked for Heritage for nearly 20 years when they became a part of Kettering Physicians Network. Traci was one of the very first care managers hired into Kettering Physician Network Care Management program, and she continues to work as a R.N. care manager today. Traci has been the recipient of multiple Network Stars Awards and has even been nominated on several occasions for the Employee of the Month. As a nurse with many years of experience and wisdom, she advises new nurses to be passionate about what they do, and encourages them to share their knowledge and skills with those nurses coming behind them. Extending her compassion to her community as well as her patients, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, she volunteers weekly at a community meal center that feeds between 150 and 300 people. This year, Traci is celebrating her 40th wedding anniversary; she has been blessed with three wonderful sons and daughter-in-laws and four beautiful grandchildren.
