All levels of fitness experience levels are welcome! Fitness classes are FREE for all students and recreation members.

 

Please register online https://rec.wright.edu/ OR the Wright State Recreation App to reserve your spot in class today.  Online registration closes 1 hour prior to class starting, walk-ups are available but subject to being waitlisted based on class size. If no one is registered, class is subject to be cancelled.

Class: HIIT w/ Heath

Time/Day: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:10 PM

Location: Studio C

Instructor: Heath

The class will be a mix of traditional H.I.I.T. and Power H.I.I.T. HIIT - Full body workout with a combination of strength and cardio based movements with and without added equipment. Designed for participants of all fitness levels, with modifications available. Power HIIT - Similar to your regular HIIT class with a combination of strength and cardio based movements, but will add more weight. This workout will focus more on the strength aspect of HIIT while utilizing weight training equipment, such as kettlebells and dumbbells. All participants are welcome, as there will be modifications available
