Is helping others in your future? Visit Wright State University on Presidents’ Day to attend our annual Path to Health Professions event to discover your path to becoming a medical doctor or other health professional. This event aims to engage current and prospective students with meaningful experiences that explore various healthcare careers through interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, and networking opportunities.

This event is for:

  • High school students interested in becoming a health professional
  • Parents, friends, and families of interested students
  • Current pre-health students interested in learning more about various health careers and pre-health programs available at Wright State
  • Teachers and counselors interested in learning more about Wright State's pre-med and pre-health programs

Attendees will:

  • Engage with multiple healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to gain a better understanding of careers in health care including medicine, athletic training, biomedical engineering, chiropractic, mental health counseling, nursing, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, psychology, physical therapy, physician's assistant, public health, social work, sports science, veterinary medicine, and more.
  • Discover what it takes to get into Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and other professional health programs
  • Find out how degrees from Wright State can open doors to the nation's top professional schools
