Get ready for a one-of-a-kind road trip that blends the great outdoors with small-town folklore charm! Join the ORC for a spooky and scenic weekend adventure to Point Pleasant, West Virginia—home of the infamous Mothman. Attend the iconic Mothman Festival, explore legends in the Mothman museum, and spend a night in the very woods inspired by the legend! Participants will enjoy hikes, local lore, and cozy camping. 

Cost: $75 

Cost Includes: Includes ORC trip leaders, all camping equipment, meals on location, all permits, camping fees, entrance fees to Moth Man Museum, and transportation from WSU in 12-passenger van. 

Activity Level: Beginner. Participants do not need prior camping experience but must feel physically fit to sleep outdoors. 
Physical Challenge Level: 1, this trip is mild. 
Remoteness Level: 1, this is a frontcountry trip.
