This panel brings together experts in foreign policy norms and decision-making (Vaughn Shannon, Ph.D.), Russian and Ukrainian history (Sean Pollock, Ph.D.), and Russian foreign policy (Liam Anderson, Ph.D.) to analyze the crisis and its larger implications.
