There’s some exciting news to report regarding the HLC Focused Visit. Based on a review of our report, the site visitors have requested meetings with the following constituents and groups:
Monday, April 24, HLC Requested Schedule Confirmed:
- 8:30 – 9:00 a.m.: President Edwards

- 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.: President’s Cabinet
Location: 267 University Hall
- 10:15 – 11:00 a.m.: Assurance of Learning and Co-Curricular Committee
Location: 205 Student Success Center
- 11:15 a.m. – Noon: Core Oversight Committee
Location: 205 Student Success Center
- 12:15 – 1:00 p.m.: Lunch with the Board of Trustees
Location: 267 University Hall
- 1:15 – 2:00 p.m.: Strategic Planning Steering Committee and Subcommittees—all members
Location: 163 Student Union (Discovery Room)
- 2:15 – 3:00 p.m.: Budget and Finance and Enrollment Management
Location: 267 University Hall
- 3:15 – 3:45 p.m.: Institutional Research and Effectiveness

- 4:00 – 4:30 p.m.: Watermark Group

The site visitors plan to visit with everyone according to the schedule above on April 24. It’s anticipated the site visitors will spend the next day (April 25) writing their report. If, however, the site visitors discover the need to meet with others during the second day, they will let us know.
Hereafter, those whose attendance is required will receive a meeting notice by email. We are encouraged by the schedule requested by HLC and look forward to the Focused Visit.
