Department of Public Safety is moving to 108 Allyn Hall

We are excited to share that the Department of Public Safety, which includes the Wright State Police Department, is moving to a new, more accessible location on the Dayton Campus.

Beginning Monday, July 24, Public Safety and the Police Department will operate in its new home on the first floor of Allyn Hall in suite 108.

This move will improve services to Wright State students and employees. Administrative office hours will remain the same, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Additionally, the Public Safety Service Center, which houses the Police Dispatch operation, and the Facilities Customer Care Center have merged into a single one-stop service center. Common service-related questions and requests related to key requests, parking, contractors, police records, work orders, and all other public safety matters can be addressed at this center, which is located at 060 Allyn Hall. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We are excited about these changes and look forward to having the Department of Public Safety in a more central and convenient location on the Dayton Campus.
