The Disability and Neurodivergence Culture Center is a unit dedicated to providing a space for our students with disabilities and neurodivergence to gather, connect, and celebrate their cultures. The Center offers a variety of programs and services, including support groups, educational workshops, social events, and arts and cultural programming.

The following are some of the programs that we plan to offer:

  • Support groups: Support groups for people with a variety of disabilities and neurodivergences. These groups will provide a safe space for people to share their experiences, learn from each other, and build community.
  • Educational workshops: Workshops on various topics related to disability and neurodiversity. These workshops will cover self-advocacy, assistive technology, and mental health topics.
  • Social events: Social events for people with disabilities and neurodivergences. These events will provide opportunities for people to connect, socialize, and have fun.
  • Arts and cultural programming: Arts and cultural programming that celebrates the cultures of people with disabilities and neurodivergences. This programming will include art exhibits, performances, and workshops.
