Keynote Speaker

Kimberly M. Lukaszewski, Ph.D.
Professor of Management, Wright State University

Kimberly M. Lukaszewski's research focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), human resource management (HRM), electronic human resources management (eHRM), diversity, and unfair discrimination in organizations.

Lukaszewski has published over 55 articles, books, and book chapters. She is currently editing her second special issue on AI and HRM, this one for Research in Human Research Management, and has edited a special issue on AI, ML, and HRM for Organizational Dynamics.

In addition to her research on AI and HRM, Lukaszewski has also published on the topics on diversity and cross-cultural topics, such as forgotten minorities and stigmatized groups. Her work has been presented nationally and internationally at conferences.

Lukaszewski earned her Ph.D. and an MBA in HRIS from the University at Albany, State University of New York. She is currently a professor of management in the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University and has been teaching at the university level for 23 years.
