        • Printed transcript processing time is typically within three business days unless the student has holds.

Students who have financial holds on their accounts must consult with the bursar's office before a transcript might be released. Please reach out to the bursar's office at wsubursar@wright.edu. If the bursar's office will permit a transcript to be released, they will communicate that to the registrar's office.

        1. Monthly Payment Plans – Reach out to Enrollment Services at enrollmentservices@wright.edu for assistance
        2. Alternative (Private) Educational Loans can assist with paying a past-due balance from a previous semester.
        3. Private loan from your personal institution. You may have options to borrow from your private institution. If you need balance due information, you can contact the bursar's office at wsubursar@wright.edu.

        Did You Know…?

        • Many schools prefer to have us send transcripts directly to them. Some schools or employers may not consider a transcript to be “official” if the transcript has been in a student’s possession or if the transcript has been faxed. Please verify with the recipient what is considered acceptable before placing your order.
        • Once your transcript request has been issued per your instructions, we are unable to reissue an official transcript without another written request and additional payment.
        • Transcript requests cannot be processed for students who have transcript holds on their university account. To see if you have a hold, log onto WINGS, click on “Student and Financial Aid,” select “Registration and Records,” and then select “View Holds”. Contact information for the department that placed the hold will be provided.
        • If you do not know your University ID Number and do not have a Social Security Number, CONTINUE placing your order when the system alerts you that your information is not found, and we will contact you for any further information that is required to process your order.

        Grades Explanation (Transcript Key)

A transcript explanation (transcript key) will be included with each official transcript, which explains the grading system and the meaning of various symbols on the transcript. Review the grading page for more information.
