Strategic Plan

Listening Sessions

On February 4, Wright State University kicked off development of its Strategic Plan for 2025–2030. Working groups comprised of ~70 members are tasked with identifying high-impact actions to advance the University’s key objectives. Each group is responsible for creating well-defined strategies, along with recommended projects and initiatives, that will drive progress in these areas over the next five years.

Throughout the Spring Term, each group is meeting regularly to develop and refine the plan for their assigned objectives. As part of this process, they will host a listening session to share their progress to date and gather feedback from the University community.

All work produced for each objective will be integrated into a cohesive strategic plan, which will be presented to the Board of Trustees on June 20.

Listening sessions will be hosted via Webex on Friday, March 21 and Friday, March 28. The schedule and links are provided below.
