To ensure a broad and inclusive perspective, we are convened approximately 70 stakeholders from across our community, including faculty, staff, students, Board members, and external partners. These working groups collaborated to develop strategies that drive progress on our key objectives.

Throughout Spring 2025, these groups engaged in discussions and planning, with opportunities for the campus community to review and provide feedback. Your input and collaboration was essential in shaping a plan that advances student success and strengthens our region’s future.
