Kevin Patrick Duffy, 66, was born on May 27, 1957, in Pittsburgh, Pa. He passed away on August 23, 2023. He had been on the faculty at Wright State since September 2004. He was Executive Director of the EDAptive Computing Center for Research in Business Process Management.
Kevin Duffy completed his doctoral studies in Management Information Systems at the Florida State University. He completed a BA degree from Eckerd College in Literature in 1978, and an MA degree in Literature from the University of Pittsburgh in 1982. He completed an MSIS at the University of Pittsburgh in 1992. Prior to joining Wright State University, he held faculty positions at The University of Texas, Arlington, and West Virginia University.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on August 31, 2023, at Newcomer Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459). The funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2023, also at Newcomer Centerville Chapel.
