Netty G. Yount, 75, of Riverside, passed away Monday, Sept. 27, 2021, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born Feb. 5, 1946, in Keokee, Va., daughter of the late Gregory G. & Dorothy (Casteel) Galloway.
Netty served as the Program Coordinator for Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Psychology at Wright State University. She was a member of the First Light Church, Vandalia, and loved crafting, listening to gospel music, visiting with her sisters, and just loved to talk.
Preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Gregory Galloway, and her youngest sister, Rosa Rector, Netty is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, James; two daughters, Stacie Musselman (John) and Sara Jones (Kevin); five grandchildren, Allison, Matthew, Dylan, Oscar & Liam; her brother, Jake Galloway (Sue); her twin sister, Betty Mills; her sister, Wilma Lovely (Paul); brother-in-law, David Rector; and the numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends that she held dear to her heart.
