Ohio’s 14 public universities will receive a combined $127.3 million of the money, with larger shares going to the higher-enrollment schools.

This affects nearly 1 million international students in the United States and 597 students at Wright State, as of 2019.
In total, these private institutions in Ohio received between $47 million and $110 million. Public institutions were not as lucky.
"Statues are memorials, they're not history," said Judith Ezekiel, a professor emeritus at Wright State University.
