Police at Wright State University gave the all clear Monday night after a report of shots fired at a dormitory on its main campus.
“At about 7 p.m. Wright State Police responded to a report of shots fired at Cedar Hall,” said Seth Bauguess, director of the university’s office of communications. “No one was injured and they do have one person in custody.”
An all-campus safety alert was sent out.
The victim told campus police that the incident started over missing property. The victim and suspect in custody are acquainted, and the suspect, who is not a student, has been trespassed from campus.
