Shortages of masks and other PPE in Ohio resulted in Gov. Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Health Director Amy Acton ordering that hospitals, dentists, veterinarians and others to postpone non-essential surgeries and procedures.
To meet that need, the Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association, in partnership with Montgomery County Emergency Management and Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County, released a video showing how people at home can make and donate face masks.
