The Wright State University Athletics Department will host a panel build event for student-athletes and coaches to help build a Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton home.
On Sunday, March 30, a group of over 200 students from various sports will make all the panels that will become a part of a Dayton Habitat home.
The spring Raider Panel Build event is expected to save weeks of construction time
This weekend project is made possible by a partnership between the school and Wright-Patt Credit Union.
A future Habitat Homebuyer will be able to speak to the students about the impact of their work.
Dayton Habitat calls itself “a partnership, not a charity, a hand-up, not a hand-out.” Homebuyers work with the organization through a sweat equity program.
