After home losses in the middle of the week, both Wright State basketball teams got back on track Saturday with Horizon League victories.
The Raider men used a strong start to quickly take a double-digit lead on Detroit Mercy, and would keep that lead to a 67-50 win. Brandon Noel posted a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds, while Keaton Norris recorded 12 points and Alex Huibregtse added 11. The WSU men's basketball team goes on the road Thursday to Youngstown State.

The women's game against Milwaukee saw Wright State take an early lead, then build on it before halftime. Though the Panthers would trim the deficit in the third quarter, WSU would go on to win 69-61 for a third victory in their last five games. Next for the women's team is a trip to Robert Morris on Wednesday.
