Join your fellow Wright State retirees for the Saturday, March 16, 2 p.m. matinee of the Tony- and Drama Desk Award-winning 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, where audience members will participate in the fun of a middle school spelling bee.
Featuring a fast-paced, wildly funny, and touching book by Rachel Sheinkin and a truly fresh and vibrant score by William Finn, this bee is one unforgettable experience. Six awkward spelling champions learn that winning (and losing) isn’t everything. The play is directed and choreographed by Distinguished Professor of Musical Theatre Joe Deer.
Our reservations are for the 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday, March 16, in the Festival Playhouse of the Creative Arts Center. The deadline for reservations has passed. Tickets for those who made reservations will be available at the box office window after 1 p.m. on the afternoon of the show.
