Women in STEMM

Give to Women in STEMM

Please consider partnering with us and our colleges as we help advance Women in STEMM at Wright State. Or, give to scholarship funds that will benefit individual students. Either way, you will be helping support and encourage the future of women, and those who teach them, in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine.

Priority Funds

Considine Scholars Program

This fund was initiated by the Considine family to enhance the success of Women in STEMM and to increase the percent of women in the STEMM workforce. Currently, it provides $5,000 per year to each of three Scholars, for a paid STEMM work experience. Anyone can donate to the fund, and these additional monies could go toward funding a fourth Scholar, or to support sending a Scholar to a national or international meeting in their discipline, or to support other crucial networking opportunities. Give to the Considine Scholars Program

Virginia Arlene Di Flora Memorial Scholarship

This fund provides the value of in-state tuition plus $500 book allowance. Give to the Virginia Arlene Di Flora Memorial Scholarship

Women in STEMM Leadership Institute

This began as a collaboration between the College of Engineering and Computer Science, to host signature events of high impact in order to promote the networking and mentoring of young women in STEMM, including pre-college students. The funds go towards speakers, refreshments, venues, and promotional materials. Give to the Women in STEMM Leadership Institute
