Accessibility Services for Commencement Guests

Wright State University is committed to ensuring that all guests, including those with disabilities, can fully participate in our Commencement celebrations. We are pleased to offer accommodations to enhance access and comfort during these events.

Guests who use wheelchairs are encouraged to complete the Accessible Seating Request Form to secure space in designated seating areas. These areas are reserved for guests using wheelchairs and their companions and are available on a first-come, first-served basis with advance registration.

For guests with mobility impairments who do not use wheelchairs, accessible seating is available throughout the general seating sections. Please arrive early to ensure adequate space and assistance as needed.

To best prepare for your visit, we ask that all accommodation requests be submitted by April 25, 2025. We recommend that guests requiring mobility aids plan to navigate the event independently, as personal attendants are not provided.
