Request Data

Wright State University constituents and the general public may request data from Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IR&E). University data includes any recorded data or information relating to Wright State business owned, used, received, or retained by the University.

Please allow a minimum of two weeks for completion of each request. In case of high request volume, more time may be required to complete your request.
 

External Requests

External requests are those made by individuals, agencies, or other entities outside of the University or by University members not acting in their official University capacity.

• Publicly available directory information may be requested in accordance with Wright State Policy 3010.2
• Public records requests for non-directory information will be referred to the Office of General Counsel and comply with Wright State Policy 12210

Internal Requests

Internal requests are those made by a University office, a University employee, or a student.  Aggregated data will be provided when necessary to protect the privacy of those included in the dataset.
