Graduate Programs Graduation Deadlines and Process

Apply for Graduation
You must complete all courses prior to graduation, including any outstanding temporary grades. If you do not complete the requirements of your degree as anticipated, it is your responsibility to submit a follow-up application during the filing period for the next appropriate graduation date. Late applications will be considered for the next graduation date.
Your diploma is mailed approximately six weeks after the conferral of your degree to the local address on file in the Office of the Registrar. It is your responsibility to notify the Office of the Registrar of a change of address.
The graduation application is available online only. To submit the online graduation application and payment:
- Visit the WINGS website.
- Select Student Academics from the launchpad.
- Select Apply for Graduation from the list.
How to postpone your graduation to another semester
If you are reapplying to graduate with the same degree, you must contact the College of Graduate Programs and Honors Studies at wsugrad@wright.edu before you can apply for graduation again. We will then authorize you to submit a follow-up graduation application and another $35 fee through WINGS Express by following the previous steps.
