Selvin Bacon-Velazquez

What are your hobbies, and how are you involved on campus?
My hobbies include weightlifting, art, and hanging out with friends. My involvement includes being the Graduate Assistant for Campus Programs for the Student Involvement and Leadership Office, the co-advisor for UAB, a member of the Commuter Student Association and a member of the Amigos Latinos Student Association!

Describe your personality.
I would describe my personality as outgoing and ambitious! I am able to work hard when needed, but at the same time, I am able to have fun as well!

What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about the world of fine arts. The thing I am most passionate about is learning. I feel that, as human beings, we can never stop learning new things!

What are you looking forward to most in mentoring new students?
I am looking forward to helping students find their calling at Wright State! I would like to see them evolve into student leaders and thrive as students as well!
