Judy had a love for horses from a very early age. She was able to recite every horse that won the Kentucky Derby and Triple Crown. She ended up owning 15 horses at one time. Judy also loved going to the Ohio Renaissance Festival, working with jousters and only missed one year since it opened. She also enjoyed running and had been a member of the Ohio River Road Running Club. She died Oct. 17, 2023.

Loretta was active in the Civil Air Patrol and had a lengthy career at Cox Heart Institute. A published technical writer, she was one of the few women who were breaking the glass ceiling at the time in computer language and programming. She died on August 3, 2003.

A Vietnam veteran having served in the US Air Force, Phillip Conway was a member of the Moose Lodge, the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the American Legion. He died on July 8, 2023.

Helen taught psychology at Wright State for 37 years, conducting research into early childhood development, cross-cultural communication, parenting and temperament. Her research lab was an exciting place with ideas flying, and she loved guiding her undergraduate and graduate students. She was the first director of the Applied Behavioral Science master’s degree program at Wright State and led that program for many years. She died on May 16, 2023.

Sarah was a member of the London Business and Professional Women, and volunteered at the Madison County Hospital. She enjoyed reading and walking, and for many years knitted warm clothing for the Seaman’s Church Institute. She died on May 12, 2023.

Barbara loved spending time in nature and at Indian Lake, was a faithful and talented organist for many years at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Enon, and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her kind, generous, and humble spirit will be missed by all who knew her. She died on April 23, 2023.
