Go further with an Active Duty Military Undergraduate Scholarship.
While Tuition Assistance (TA) goes a long way in making your education affordable, you can go further with an Active Duty Military Undergraduate Scholarship from Wright State. This scholarship was developed to cover the remaining cost of tuition after your TA is applied. Just apply for TA and meet the other eligibility requirements. No additional application is required.
Eligibility
You are eligible to apply for this scholarship if you are:
- Active-duty military personnel who have applied for and received TA benefits for the term
- Activated Guard Reservist (AGR) on Title X or Title 32 orders who have applied for and received TA benefits for the term

What this scholarship covers:
Covers the gap between tuition for TA-approved courses and TA, plus the career fee, for up to 18 credit hours and $5,000 per year.

How do I apply for this scholarship?
- Apply to Wright State University and be accepted
- Register for classes
- Apply to use your Tuition Assistance benefit through your appropriate branch portal
- Watch your email for TA benefit confirmation from your military branch; then forward the confirmation to wsubursar@wright.edu
- After TA has been applied to your billing statement, the scholarship will be calculated for courses approved for TA.
