Wright State University purchases a wide array of goods and services. Bid notices for goods and services may be posted on our webpage. Vendors are urged to check this page for new bid requests. Advertising for construction contracting shall continue to only be advertised in local newspapers.

Vendor Contact Information

Vendors interested in receiving information about competitive bid opportunities are encouraged to submit information here. Submitting your information only helps ensure your company's interests are in our system in advance of bid opportunities. It does NOT register you for any bids where registration is separately required. That requirement and the process to follow will be spelled out in each bid document when it is released. If you wish to receive bid documents for a bid posted here, you must follow the information posted for that opportunity.

Wright State University makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, with regard to the bid notices for goods and services. Wright State University, its officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any damages resulting from failure to include any announcement or notice, inaccuracies contained therein, or as a result of a bid not reaching the requester in time for preparation and timely submission. This includes, but is not limited to, damages that may be direct, consequential, or for lost profits, whether the claims for these damages arise in tort or contract.
