Wright State University Letterhead

The Wright State University letterhead uses the primary mark and approved colors. All colleges, schools, departments, divisions, institutes, offices, centers, and units need to use the standard letterhead design.

No other logos are permitted on university stationery except accreditation symbols specific to a college (only one logo is allowed). The logo is to be placed at the bottom above the address, either in one color or grayscale.

The return address on all envelopes incorporates the USPS-designated address, which may include the unit name but may NOT include the campus location.

Boonshoft School of Medicine Letterhead

The Boonshoft School of Medicine letterhead uses the Boonshoft School of Medicine primary mark and approved colors.

Information such as name, title, and contact information must follow these rules:

• All typography is positioned flush left
• A square bullet point separates information
• Telephone and fax numbers are separated with periods.

Athletics Letterhead

The Wright State Athletics letterhead uses the primary mark and approved colors.

Letterhead Margins

When setting up your document for printing on letterhead, the left margin should be set at 0.75 inch, while the right margin should be set at 2.5 inches. Set the top margin at 1.25 inches, and the bottom of the letter should not go lower than 0.5 inch.

Electronic Stationery

The university is currently transitioning to a new letterhead layout, and offices should deplete their old supply before ordering new.

Visit the brand typography web page to understand how typefaces are used in the letterheads:

• Minion Pro is Wright State’s chosen typeface. If Minion is not available, Garamond is recommended. These fonts should be used for body copy within the letterhead.
• Univers Condensed is Wright State’s chosen typeface for the letterhead footer. If Univers is not available, Source Sans is recommended. These fonts should be used for the footer within the letterhead.
