About Campus Recreation Employment
Campus Recreation hires, trains and schedules for over 75 student positions. Our primary hiring period is during the summer as we prepare for the school year, but we accept applications throughout the year. Email any questions you may have regarding a position to the appropriate supervisor.

Campus Recreation Entry Level Positions
The following positions are entry level positions for student employees:

Fitness Center Monitor | Monitor fitness center, assist patrons and clean and repair fitness equipment | Billy Willis |
Recreation Desk Assistant | Control recreation access, disperse equipment and conduct minor clerical duties in the Student Union | Billy Willis |
Outdoor Recreation Logistician | Monitor and belay Climbing Wall patrons, provide customer service in Outdoor Resource Center | Erin Compaleo |
Intramural Official | Officiate intramural sporting events and monitor the Student Union Gym | Billy Willis |
Nutter Center Open Recreation | Monitor Nutter Center recreation facilities and participants during open recreation (typically reserved for IM Officials) | Billy Willis |
Lifeguard | Responsible for the care and safety of patrons and pool equipment (must be a certified lifeguard) | Billy Willis |
Rec Fit Instructor | Provide instruction for group exercise classes (non-certified) | Billy Willis |
